In 1995, Mawson Constructions was purchased in its entirety by Lloyd Mawson from his brothers. He has directed its course to become the civil engineering entity it is today.

This independence of the new entity (from the concreting and quarrying business established by the Mawson family way back in 1912) enabled Lloyd and now his son Peter to concentrate solely on civil construction solutions specifically customised for each client.

The nature of the construction jobs has changed incrementally with the assistance of GPS and large modern computerised machinery. Mawson Constructions has embraced these changes, taking advantage of the productivity improvements to undertake local and state government road and drainage construction, residential subdivisions, drainage projects, agricultural improvements, water treatment facilities and bulk earth moving.
